The Situation It was my second year as an RA. I thought I had seen everything. The other RAs in my building looked up to me for advice, for help with policy enforcement, for thoughts about how to do their first program and that kind of stuff. My residents were pretty cool too. Not like the great guys I had the year before, but nothing could really live up to that I guess.
